Afternoon Viking Families,
Great
news! We will be offering the private drivers Ed course on campus during fall
break on Oct 9-13th. The registration forms are included attached
with this email. Classes are $375 per student and offered through Jordan
Driving School. Remember, DPS will NOT be providing driver’s ed this year at
Voyager.
The
School Improvement team last week and reviewed our school performance scores
and discussed other areas in which we believe are indicators of a “great
school” the team, which is comprised of parents, staff and leadership will be
working on the new school improvement plan for board approval in the October
board meeting. We will be discussing academics, social issues, parent
volunteerism and school pride. If you are interested in joining this team,
please email me directly.
We
are sending this newsletter to you in a new format based on parent feedback.
