TEACHER SHOUT-OUT:  One of our amazing Voyager families recently sent in this teacher shout out and I wanted to share it with all of you:   These are hard times for all but Casie Bickers has been amazing with the kids and she has perfected this online learning.  She is calm, encouraging, and available for our parents AND kids.  Her sessions have been successful from day one in terms of keeping these kids engaged and learning the best they can over Zoom.  I am so thankful that my child is in her class this strange year and she is rocking it!

Also the specials teachers… I was worried about live zooms every day, but my child has loved each and every one of them this year.  He never wants to miss them!  My child LOVES Science and what Ms. Borcik has been able to do over Zoom, he is engaged the entire time.  Also the Art projects have been so creative, I have been amazed at what my child has done with Ms. Davis.  Ms. Flowe-Dawson and Ms. Boyd have kept my child having fun and moving for PE.  He has also been engaged with Mrs. Sawyer and the music she is doing over Zoom.  My child has always loved Legos and looks forward to Mrs. Pearson’s lessons each week.
