A TEAM:

The Science Olympiad A team tournament season is underway!  There are still a few spots open, particularly for 4th and 5th graders.  Check the A team webpage for more information.

Interest handouts for the K-3 in-school Science Olympiad program were sent home this week with each student. Signup is open until Dec 5th!  For information or to sign up please visit our website! Email coordinator Kristin Jantz for questions.

Email head coach Erik Benson if you have any questions about the A team regional tournament program or the in-school program.

B TEAM:

6-8th graders:  If you haven't joined the Science Olympiad team yet, it's not too late!  There is ONE SPOT left on the varsity team (7th and 8th grade students) and one event open (Density Lab).  There are EIGHT SPOTS open on the JV team (6th grade and up) and lots events are still available.

Mark your calendars...the regional tournament is on March 2.  Even though March 2 seems like a long ways out, the competition will be here before you know it.  In order to be prepared, team members should be coming to practices AND working on their own!

December Practice Dates:
Saturday, December 8, 9-12
Sunday, December 16, 2-5

January practice dates are tentatively scheduled for Saturday mornings from 9-12.  A formal schedule will be sent out via the google group when the schedule is finalized.
