From the Managing Director's Desk, April 28, 2019

Dear Viking Families,
One of our 6th grade students lost his mom to cancer yesterday.  We’ve already heard from a few of you wondering how you can help.  I think the best way to help is to collect donations and/or gift cards such as grocery, gas or WalMart cards.  I have reached out to the daughter to see what is needed.  If you want to make a donation you may send Mrs. Johnson the cash or send gift cards. If you want to send a check, email Ms. Johnson and she will let you to whom it should be made payable to.  I have also been asked about funeral expenses and I'm sure that would also be of help to the family.  Voyager Academy always supports its families so let's help as we can.  Email with any questions.

Lots of progress on our field…it’s certainly great when we see the trucks moving in and out of campus! We are still anticipating a June completion date.  If you are looking for a summer camp, please see the information below. Lots of great activities are available!
Mr. Husk received from the local chapter of Civitan International this past Tuesday.  This is an award given to people who support families and individual with learning and developmental disabilities. We are so incredibly proud to have Mr. Husk on our team because he  cares so much for our students.
