Dear Viking Families,

The High School Culinary Arts students have been hard at work baking and constructing one-of-a-kind gingerbread creations for your enjoyment! Their works are being sold at silent auction as a fundraiser for the Culinary Arts Department. The Culinary Arts students, along with their works, will be featured in the December/ January issue of the Durham Magazine! Please come out and support the Voyager Academy Culinary Arts Program!
5th ANNUAL CULINARY ARTS GINGERBREAD HOUSE COMPETITION AND SILENT AUCTION!

Students in Kylie Koerner’s culinary arts class at Voyager Academy high school are crafting

gingerbread creations that will be on display in Voyager’s Elementary School lobby from December 11-15.

During that time, you can bid on your favorites through a silent auction, which acts as a fundraiser for the program, at bit.ly/gingerbreadauction. Proceeds this year will be put towards the purchase of new convection ovens for their

kitchen classroom.

The new 2018-2019 calendars have been posted on our website. Our calendar will operate much the same as it has for the past 2 years and our teams will work together to continue professional development plans and parent conference days.
