Dear VAMS Families,
Oh my goodness, we were in school 5 days this week and it has been great!
Our 8th graders have worked on designing their own periodic table after learning about the periodic table during science class. They were able to select their topic of choice.
Our 7th graders enjoyed a field trip to Triangle Rock Center in Morrisville and from what they shared all had a great time.
Our 6th graders are preparing for next their field trip next week as they are going to IMAX for a space field trip. They will certainly enjoy the trip as they will participate in many hands-on opportunities.
Our 4th and 5th graders met Author Scott Reintgen! He spoke to fourth and fifth graders about writing, characters in stories, and the process of publishing a book. Mr. Reintgen was very interesting!
