Voyager Academy Care (after/before school) Program News, Jan. 26, 2020

Dear Voyager Families!

I hope your New Year has gotten off to a great start! Now that everyone is more settled into the swing of things, I'm emailing you to let you know about Spring 2020 Enrichment Registration! Please read this email in its entirety, as there is a lot of specific information regarding registration this semester.

Online registration will open Monday, January 20, 2020, and will close the following Monday, January 27, 2020.  We normally do not have an enrichment fair in the spring as we do in the fall, since there are only minor differences in the classes and scheduling options. Classes will officially start Monday, February 3, 2020.

You may register your students for the classes by clicking here. Please note, that you must complete this form first! This form is what places your students' name to the class roster. I will email you to let you know that we've received your registration. You will receive a link to submit payment for the class via your charter pay account no later than the first day of your scheduled class. **If you do not complete the registration form, your student will not be added to the roster, and you will not receive the link to submit payment via charter pay.

I've composed a document of frequently asked questions  and answers for your convenience! :-)

**If a class does not meet the minimum enrollment number, it will be cancelled.

About Piano Class

Piano lessons are given in 30 minute time slots on Mondays. This semester, all families wanting to sign up for piano lessons will need to (1.) complete the registration form on our website, and (2.) the click on the sign-up genius link to select your time slot. (This step is different from last semester.) There is one piano teacher per each student for each lesson. The sign up link will be posted on the website on January 20.

Tennis

Tennis will be offered the full 12 weeks this semester.

Young Engineers

Young engineers did have their make-up classes on Monday, December 16 and Tuesday December 17, 2019. Mr. Davis is uncertain of whether or not he will be able to hold class this semester. There is a strong possibility that he will offer a summer camp.

As always, should you have any questions or concerns, please contact ME, Latia B. :-) (I know, I know, only cool people rhyme all the time :-))

Make it a FABULOUS week everyone!
