HOW PARENTS CAN BE INVOLVED IN 2018-19 COURSE SELECTION
Freshman and Sophomore students began working on their Course Planners in their Overgrad accounts during Advisory on Monday. They will be using their Overgrad Course Planners to complete the paper 2018/2019 Course Selection Forms beginning in Advisory on Feb. 5th.
Parents are encouraged to review their students' Overgrad progress and discuss new course selections.
Overgrad is an extremely useful tool for high school, career and and college planning. We hope that all families get involved to make the best educational decisions for our students!

YEARBOOK DEADLINES...
The last day to buy your yearbook online is coming up on February 23rd. If you order before the 23rd, the yearbooks are only $60! Any purchases after February 23rd will have to be made at the school and are first come first serve (only have a certain number of yearbooks after this date)! Yearbooks bought after the 23rd also will not be able to have custom designs such as initials, etc. and go up in price from $60- $65. The Senior Ad Deadline is February 15th. Pay for the Ad online and submit pictures of your senior with a message to be featured in the Voyager Academy High School yearbook! Email senior ad details to: mkreisman@voyageracademy.net

BASKETBALL SENIOR NIGHT
On Tuesday, February 6 the Voyager girls and boys varsity basketball teams will recognize the efforts and achievements of our thirteen senior basketball players as they play their last regular season home game. Please come out and support Anna Teer Barringer, Caitlyn Leggett, Stacey Oxendine, and Niyah Taylor at 6:15, then stay for the 7:45 game to see Daniel Adesina, Michael Boadu, Blake Buchanan, Tanner Dobson, Cody Johnson, Jordan Love, Haydn Lyons, Taleik Pratt, and Justin Walker, along with Cole Scearce (student assistant) and Saadiq Suitt.

In December the High School Art Club visited Durham Regional Hospital and delivered 270 handmade ornaments and holiday and get well cards that all high school art classes and the Art Club created for hospital patients. The Nutrition Department teamed up with us and delivered all of the cards to patients who were in the hospital in December during one of the meal services.

VAHS ART CLUB VISITS DURHAM REGIONAL HOSPITAL
In December the High School Art Club visited Durham Regional Hospital and delivered 270 handmade ornaments and holiday and get well cards that all high school art classes and the Art Club created for hospital patients. The Nutrition Department teamed up with us and delivered all of the cards to patients who were in the hospital in December during one of the meal services.

Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) meets bright and early on Wednesday mornings before school at 7:30 am in D124. No need to be a Christian, or an Athlete :) All are welcome!
