MS Parents/Guardians Reminder -
As the spring season approaches please take note of a couple of items.
Required Prior to Trying Out for a Spring Sport
1. Try out form (required prior to trying out for any spring sport) – allows us to check to make sure everyone is eligible on the first day try outs are held.
a) In order to tryout Parents/Guardians must complete the appropriate tryout form from the URLs below:

2. Online Contact and Insurance Form (only required once per academic year)
3. Hard copies of Physical and Concussion Forms (only required once per academic year and physical must be less than 365 day old)
a) Must have be turned into Nathan Rice, Certified Athletic Trainer at the High School. Scanned copies are also accepted and can be emailed to Nathan.Rice@emergeortho.com or Deuce Harris at dharris@voyageracademy.net
c) Should you at any time you need assistance with online forms, call the FormReleaf Support line at 1-844-367-6735.
Tryouts
Will begin on Feb. 20th for all sports with the exception of G. Soccer which we be held Feb. 14th and 15th, please email the coaches directly at the following email addresses

Mark your calendar for Sunday, April 7th! Our annual Athletic Gold Tournament will be going on beginning with a shotgun start at 8:00 a.m. at Hillandale Golf Course. We are taking golfer registrations and sponsors at this time! One player is $50.00, 2 person teams are $90.00 and 4 person teams are $175. All players fees cover cart, breakfast and lunch.
