Want your student to open up a Free Student Checking Account?
Vision Financial Credit Union is coming to Voyager on Thursday, Sept. 3rd from 3:50-4:30 p.m. and will be helping students open up FREE Student Checking Accounts in the High School, Room A148 (Mr. Baker's room)! To open an account you will need to bring two forms of ID (one must be a social security card or a copy of one), and a minimum initial deposit of $25. Any student under 18 years of age will also need a parent or guardian on the account with them (and that parent/guardian would also need two forms of ID: one of them a social security card). The set-up fee will be waived, and students can even sign up for free checks! This event is open to all students in the Voyager Family K-12, and is a great way for students to learn about managing their money. Contact Mr. Baker (dbaker@voyageracademy.net) for any questions.
