Science Olympiad is an extracurricular academic competition in which students grades K-12 compete in STEM-related events. Topics encompass anatomy, biology, chemistry, physics, earth science, geology, mechanical engineering and technology. Teamwork and group learning are a major emphasis.
If your child is interested in science, fill out the Voyager Science Olympiad interest form so that we can connect with you. Science Olympiad is open to all Voyager students who want to be more involved with science!
An all-level interest meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 10 at 4 p.m. in the high school Commons Room. We will cover program essentials, practice times, participant expectation, and answer questions. The information session is open to all grade levels.

High School Science Olympiad Team Meeting - Tuesdays at lunch
The C team meets on Tuesdays during lunch at the outdoor classroom (rain location: Ms. Huntington's room). All students are welcome!
Practice Sessions
We anticipate that team practice sessions will be held on Saturday mornings during the fall and early spring. Students are strongly encouraged to attend practice sessions when possible. Outside practicing and studying is also encouraged.
Coach Clinic - Volunteers Needed
The NCSO Coach Clinic is scheduled for October 4 & 5 at SE Raleigh High School. We need volunteers to attend the clinic. If you are interested, contact your team coach. A limited number of registrations will be subsidized by team funds.
