Hello Middle School Families,
Wow, what a different learning environment we are in! It reminds me of the Disney song “A Whole New World!” Even with all the differences and Remote Learning, our teachers continue to plan lessons that create an environment in which our students want to learn and participate. I’ve popped into several classes and I see excited and engaged students. Even though it is virtual, it’s great to see their smiling faces. We will continue to focus on academics, along with the social and emotional components. We want to include our core values throughout our day: Confidence, Empathy, Integrity, Reflection, and Curiosity. These values along with the academics will help develop well-rounded students.
Curriculum Meetings: We look forward to seeing you during next week’s Curriculum Meetings. I’m sure you have received information from your child’s teacher regarding the time and possibly have already received the Zoom link to the meeting.
