Hi Middle School Families,
Wow, it is May 12 and soon to be the end of the school year and what a great school year it has been! As you already know next week is End of Grade Testing week. We need your help! Please make sure your child/children are on time! Testing days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and
Thursday. We will begin testing at 8:30 which mean students need to be on campus and on the way to class at 8:15.
We also need all students to bring their device on May 16, 17 and 18. If there are lots of games on their device they need to delete some so they will be able to log in to the EOG. We learned during Check Ins that students who could not use the Test App had too many Games, etc. 6th, 7th, and 8th graders received an email from our Technology Coordinator that should be of help!
Students may go home after EOG Testing is completed each day. We feel certain that we will finish no later than 1:00. If you come to pick up your child at 1:00, we will load students just like a regular carline.
Please do not come to school prior to 1:00 to pick up your students Unless you receive an Updated email from me. We do not plan to pull students from class if other students are working.
We welcome Altrenna Patterson to Voyager Middle School. We are so fortunate to have her at the middle school as she is our Tech Person from now until the end of this school year. By the way, she is awesome!
We cheered on the High School Seniors this week as they paraded through the middle school in their cap and gown and the music played. The middle school Student Council selected 2 students who were given a $500 Scholarship to help with college.

PARKING SPACES
Please do not park in one of the numbered parking spaces. All of the spaces that are numbered are for the staff. The spaces at the MS are in front of the MS, in front of the soccer field, in front of the Hock House and around the edge of the pond. The space may be empty when you arrive but remember the spaces are for the staff even if they have not arrived before you have arrived. Thanks so much for not parking in the numbered spaces. !

Great News. Summer enrichment is here. Registration is open now open until April 14th. The process will look a little different from Fall and Spring enrichment sign up. Enrichments will be offered Monday through Thursday for 3 weeks during the month of June. Beginning June 5th and ending June 22nd. There will be 3 different session times offered depending on the individual enrichment. There will be a google form used to register for each individual enrichment. Each enrichment must meet the minimum number of participants before payment will be assigned in Titan. You will receive an email letting you know that your student is being placed on the roster, based on a first come first served basis. You will have until April 14th to make the payment. If your payment is not made your spot will be forfeited and will be given to the next student. Please go to our website to see a full description of each enrichment.
The Titan Family Portal and LINQ Online Ordering system work together like a checking/ debit card account. All student lunch accounts must be preloaded with funds for ordering. Parents then order lunches for students based on the funds availability in their Titan account. Families who have a negative balance on the account will no longer be permitted to order lunch online. Please be sure to send your student(s) to school with lunch if no meal was ordered. If your student's lunch account currently has a negative balance, we please ask that you pay this balance as soon as possible by either form of payment:
Online at https://family.titank12.com There is a $2.80 flat fee charged by the bank per deposit online. (Example: $100 deposit + $2.80 fee = $102.80)
A check/ money order made payable to Voyager Academy. Please include your child's name and id# on the memo line. You can also use this pre-printed form.
